- Practice basic access and interaction skills with HCPs (approach) such as: Asking effective questions; Listening and observing; Positive dialogue; Handling objections.

- Practice flexibly switching between short calls and full calls, optimizing the content of exchanges to suit the context and needs of HCP customers.

- Role-play direct meeting situations between Medical Representatives and HCPs to consolidate knowledge, improve skills, and draw practical experience.
